- All invoices will be sent electronically to the designated billing contact.

- Payment is due within 15 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise stated in the project or service agreement.
- Taxes:
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities in the UAE.
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only issued in accordance with the terms specified in our refund policy, as outlined in our service agreement.
- Disputed Charges:
- Any disputed charges must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be considered as an acknowledgment that the charges are valid.
- Termination of Services:
- Failure to make timely payments may result in the termination of services. Elite Concept Information Technology L.L.C. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
- Updates to Payment Terms:
- Elite Concept Information Technology L.L.C. reserves the right to update these payment terms from time to time. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
